What to expect when you work with me?
A detailed in-person or virtual meeting is a must! I love to get to know my clients this goes for both sellers and buyers. Having common expectations and clear communication is key to a successful relationship and successful transaction. By understanding my client's goals, must-haves, and timelines right up front I can guide them through the home selling or buying process. If it's a seller client, I like to do a phone consult, then meet in person or over video conference to view their home and present a customized competitive market analysis presentation with detailed information on a custom-tailored marketing plan for their listing. If it is a buyer client, I usually begin with a text asking a few questions about wants, needs, and what towns they are interested in. Shortly after I will schedule a virtual call, I walk my buyer through the buying process with a customized buyer presentation that includes information on towns they are interested in stats and data to show how the market is performing.
