I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of my clients.

About Seema

I have a unique understanding of the real estate market that I acquired while working at The Warren Group (TWG). As a Data Analytics Manager, I took raw real estate data from across New England and delivered compelling and actionable analytics to the company and clients. With Warren Analytics, I was able to help predict performance, identify opportunities, gauge trends, and detect risk, as I highlight the many ebbs and flows of the market. This training is helpful as I help my sellers and buyers through the home selling and buying process. I currently live in Needham with my husband and 3 children. We recently got an English bulldog and named her Bebe after the great Bill Belichick, Head coach of the New England Patriots. We are die-hard Pats fans if you can’t tell! I enjoy being part of the Needham community and volunteering for Parent Talk where I was named Volunteer of the Year for 2016. I volunteered for the Library Foundation of Needham where I was an active board member for three years. I currently am an active board member for the Indian Community of Needham (ICON) a nonprofit that was established in 2018. I am a people person and am always on the GO! If you invite me to a party I’m usually the first to RSVP!
